Website Audits · Paid service
A clear, documented review of your website’s condition.
A website assessment examines how your site functions, performs, and is configured, including its security posture, and documents what was found in plain language.
Scope
What an assessment includes.
Each assessment is scoped to your website and concerns. These are the areas that can be reviewed.
Functionality & usability
- Navigation, links, and page behavior
- Forms and calls to action
- Layout across phones, tablets, and desktops
- Content clarity and visible errors
Performance & accessibility
- Page weight and load behavior
- Image and asset handling
- Common accessibility issues, such as missing text alternatives, low contrast, and keyboard access
Accessibility observations are not a formal accessibility compliance audit.
SEO & technical configuration
- Page titles, descriptions, and heading structure
- Indexing signals such as sitemaps and robots directives
- Redirects, broken resources, and error pages
- Basic structured data and metadata
Security posture
- HTTPS and certificate configuration
- Security-related HTTP response headers
- Publicly visible software versions and exposed information
- Common misconfigurations observable from the public website
Method
An observational review, not a penetration test.
The security portion of an assessment looks at what is publicly visible about your website’s configuration. It does not attempt to break in.
This assessment includes
- Review of the publicly accessible website through normal browsing
- Non-intrusive checks of publicly available configuration and responses
- Observations recorded as they are found, with the affected page or area
This assessment does not include
- Attempts to exploit vulnerabilities
- Bypassing logins, authentication, or access controls
- Accessing restricted systems, accounts, or data
- Load, stress, or denial-of-service testing
Penetration testing is a separate, more intrusive type of engagement and is not part of this service.
Limitations
- An assessment reports what was observed within the agreed scope. It does not guarantee that every issue or vulnerability will be found.
- It is not a security certification and does not establish compliance with any law, regulation, or standard.
- Findings reflect the website at the time of review. Websites change, and new issues can appear afterward.
Authorization required
Assessments are performed only on websites owned by the customer, or for which written authorization from the website owner has been obtained.
Findings
How findings are documented.
Findings are written up in plain language and organized by priority, so it is clear which issues deserve attention first.
Each finding describes
- What was observed
- Where it was observed
- Why it matters
- A suggested next step

Assessments are a paid service. Scope and cost are discussed and agreed before any work begins.
